Where to start. I had a baby at 20 and my youthful body wasn't there anymore after 9 months. My belly stretched so much that after the pregnancy I didn't have a belly button anymore! My skin was stretched and it moved like jello. I was on a million diet and exercise programs. Nothing EVER worked. It was pretty gross and my self esteem was never the same. My son was 10 and I still didn't have a belly button. I decided to look into a tummy tuck. I had been thinking about for years but it didn't seem possible for me. I went to another facility in Beverly Hills that was often advertised on the radio and television. I wasn't happy with their costumer service or their price. Their staff was plastic, cold and to say the truth outright snobby. This was a big step for me and I wanted to go somewhere where I felt comfortable and safe. I luckily found that at Dr. Sheibani's office. Him and his staff always greet me with a smile and warmth that I definitely did not receive at the other Beverly Hills Place. I like that when I have a question or concern Dr. Sheibani is the one who always answers my questions. It makes sense that he answers my questions since he is the one who performed my surgery. His staff was also what convinced me that I was in the right place. Erika answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and I booked the same day. I've never met Nancy but when I call she is always very nice and makes sure my calls get to Dr. Sheibani. What can I say about Nadia and Noelia they are always so nice. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed and taken care of. What is there left to say. I can show off my stomach without having to worry about it being unsightly stomach because I have a nice looking one again! I have part of my youth back! I want to thank God for Dr. Sheibani and his wonderful staff. They were so warm and friendly over the phone and in person, that they made the decision for me to make an appointment with his office much easier then I expected. I had called several other offices to find out about the Lipo & fat transfer procedure, but didn't at all feel comfortable with them or their staff. I can't even tell you how I was so against getting the Body Contouring procedure (Liposuction), and anyone who would even think about getting it done, I tried to talk them out of it. After speaking with Dr. Sheibani, I decided right then that I was going to have the procedure done. He was so ready and available to answer "ALL" my questions that seem like it took over an hour. He was so patient and understanding of the fact that I was a "first timer". I have to tell you, that if it wasn't for his patience, his staff and their easy financing, I wouldn't have gone through with the surgery, but I was approved in a matter of minutes. After the Lipo & fat transfer procedure was done, I had little to no pain. I didn't even have to take the prescription medication that was given to me. I started noticing my body taking shape right away in a matter of a month. When I finally started wearing my clothing, I was so taken back at how confident I started feeling about myself. My body looks and feels so GREAT. I was so amazed that The Lipo procedure took inches of my waist. I went from a size 9 to a size 4, and I have a flat tummy….I never had a flat tummy. When I went back to work, I started getting compliments immediately (men and women) on how much I "lost" so much weight and how fabulous I look. I couldn't tell all of them about the surgery, but I did share with my closest friend about the procedure….They couldn't even believe their eyes…They saw a "NEW ME". Greetings to all the people that need to reshape their mind and body. My testimonial is the following: It has been three years since we started to make a reality a long-time dream for my wife. At the New Me Institute what seemed to be so complicated they (Dr., nurses and staff) made it so easy and enjoyable. My wife always had these parts of her body that bothered her and having six children and being ready to enjoy her 40's--best time of your life-- we were ready to end the uncomfortable feelings. Let me tell you all that these feeling sometimes can drive you down to not liking yourself and that to us was that worst feeling for my wife. Let me give you a example; my wife's grandma used referred to her behind as the "the behind of an elegant" this by itself made my wife very conscious of her bottom specially when came to wearing pants, shorts or anything that would show it. Nowadays, let me tell you wife is the happiest woman wearing all kinds of outfits that to my delight look beautiful; this all to the commitment from Dr. Shane Sheibani to maker beautiful physically and mentally. This man took it personal which to me in this fast society is hard to find from a professional.
